GRANIT CAUSHAJ
BIOGRAPHY
Granit Caushaj grew up in Vlora Albania where he played youth soccer at KS Flamurtari Vlore. He also played for the Albanian U17 national team. After moving to the United States, Granit attended Marshall University where he played soccer for the Thundering Herd. After college he continued his soccer career professionally in Czech Republic Europe with FK Most/FK Chmel Blsany. In the States, Granit played in the USL second division with the Pittsburgh Riverhounds where he also coached youth teams and worked on soccer camps.
Since coaching, Granit has been a student of the game and holds the US Soccer 'A' License and the UEFA 'B' License. In addition to his coaching qualifications, Granit has an MA in Sports Admin from Wayne State University and a BA in Exercise Physiology from Marshall University.
